Terms and Conditions

Booking

When booking with On The Ebro one person (the organiser) will be used as the contact for the whole party.

We will provisionally hold dates for 7 days for you to arrange flights.

Payment

To secure your dates 50% of the total cost of your holiday is required as a deposit.

The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

If your booking is made in less than 4 weeks the full amount is due immediately.

Method of payment bank transfer or cheque details given on conformation of booking.

Cancellations

50% deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel before 3 weeks of your arrival date 25% of the total cost is refundable, within 3 weeks no refunds will be given.

Flights

Flights are not arranged by On The Ebro.

Before booking flights please contact us to confirm availability.

Please notify us immediately should your airline make any changes to your flights.

Fishing

On The Ebro cannot take responsibility should the stretch of river become un-fishable (high water levels, weed etc..) but we will take you to alternative spots above the dams where fishing is always available.

Your licence and day ticket allows you to fish with 2 rods only.

Local rules are open to change at any time and are to be adhered to.

Tackle hire is included in your holiday but all breakages due to miss-use will be charged at MRRP.

Behaviour which causes offence will not be tolerated and could lead you to being expelled.

Medical

Any medical conditions including food allergies should be made known before your arrival.

Your E111 card will be needed should you need medical care whilst you’re here.
