Booking

When booking with On The Ebro one person (the organiser) will be used as the contact for the whole party.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking 50% of the total cost of the holiday is required.
This fee is not refundable.
The remaining 50% is required 4 weeks prior to the date of your arrival.
If booking is made in less than 4 weeks, then the full amount is payable immediately.

Cancellations

The 50% booking fee is non refundable.
If you cancel before 2 weeks of your arrival date, 25% of the total cost is refundable.
Within 2 weeks of your arrival date no refunds will be given.

Flights

Flights are not arranged by On The Ebro.
Before booking flights please contact us to confirm availability.
Please remember to check your weight allowance with the airline.

Fishing

On The Ebro cannot take responsibility if our stretch of the river becomes un-fishable due to natural causes (high water levels). However we will take you to alternative spot above the damns which are always fishable.

Your licence only allows the use of up to 2 rods at a time.

Behaviour which causes offence to others will not be tolerated and could lead to you being expelled.
